Hello there!

Double-U is running another improv + musical improv workshop this Saturday, May 2nd 10:30am-12:30pm at The Rochester Repertory Theater! These workshops are an excellent way to dip your toes into improv, or to continue building your improv and acting skills.

Workshop Theme​
Object Work - Visualize your world by living in it

Description
Scenes often start with just 2 people talking, but it's way more interesting to see them doing something. This workshop will get you into your characters through the objects they interact with. We'll work on exercises that help you make imaginary objects come alive to the audience, and this will inspire your scenework! We'll add a musical element to this by learning about background support during songs and how that helps build out the world.
